The Tec Campus Guadalajara professor, Joel Huegel, was selected for a Research Stay through a collaboration agreement between Tec de Monterrey and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Specifically, in the laboratory of Hugh Herr, an expert and leader of the bionic era, after being selected through a collaboration agreement that the Tec maintains with said institution. This program supports the development and keeps Tec de Monterrey professors at the forefront. Thus, under an annual call, teachers and postdocs can apply for a stay with world leaders who maintain current projects at MIT.
