Tec Guadalajara professor-researcher, Joel Huegel, participated in the International Meeting: Scope of Biomedical Engineering (EIAIB) with the theme of Manufacturing and Robotics.
Through his magisterial conference on Biomechatronics-Disruption of Prosthetic Technologies, Huegel exposed some of the lines of research that he maintains.
The projects are developed within the Biomechatronics Lab of the Guadalajara Campus, which is led by the same professor, and seek to make contributions in:
Haptics,
Extreme bionics and development of the next generation of prostheses, especially low-cost ones.
The approaches in these lines of research and projects are linked to resolving real social problems.
